Anchor swivel with locking grubs screws

Tired of getting the anchor chain all twisted up and then battling to iron out all the kinks, we invested in a highly polished stainless steel Maxwell anchor swivel. At first glance, it is a hefty piece of equipment and it certainly looks the business. However, I was not happy that the bolts on either end could unscrew itself given the right (oxymoron) conditions. The anchor swivel was taken to a engineering company who who drilled and threaded the anchor swivel to accomodate 2 grub screws - see image below. These stainless steel grub screws will "lock" the bolts into position and prevent it from accidentllly turning itself loose.
