Building a fuel polishing system - Take 3!

Our recent experience with diesel problems and installation mistakes forced me to have another look at the diesel fuel polishing design, so here is design No. 3. Although similar to the previous fuel polishing designs, there are a couple of minor changes which make things simpler and less hassles to install. Here is the latest design and this will probably be the one that we will go for. The yellow fuel filters will be a new addition and are from Vetus with a capacity of around 700 liters per hour. All the other equipment is already installed. By opening and closing a couple of ball valves, this design allows for multiple configurations. Diesel can be pumped to various tanks destination, including back to the same tank where one is pumping from. It also allows for a continuous recycle of the diesel through the massive 30 and 10 micron filters.
