Dinghy in the Making II

There is progress on the new FastGarvey 10 dinghy we are building! Using cable ties, the side panels, floor panels and bulkheads were "stitched" together in place. The dinghy was then squared up and leveled. After this, a thick epoxy mix was made and all the joints were filleted. This was then left to cure - after this, glass cloth strips were epoxied over all the joints. The bottom of the boat received 2 layers of glass cloth - 2 x 100 gram per square meter cloth. The side of the dinghy (outside only) received 1 layer of glass cloth. The inside of the dinghy will later be epoxy coated and then painted white. We now need to fair the outside of the dinghy to get this smooth and ready for the paint to be applied later.
